The A-1 Lab Art Space
There is a really cool place that is perfect for a visit located in the heart of Knoxville, Tennessee. It is called A-1 Lab Art Space and it is a great non-profit organization dedicated to the arts. This place was founded back in 1995 by a group of talented, local Tennessee artists. There are always all kinds of wonderful educational events and activities that are taking place at this venue from seminars to presentations and more.
Some of the interesting exhibits that you can catch at the A-1 Lab Art Space are as follows: Lectures such as Theory of Early Modern European Art, The Origins of Early Development of Film as Art, Subjective German Expressionist Art and Film, Conceptual Cubist / Abstract Art and Film, Premonitions of Contemporary Art and Film and more. There are also other interesting events such as spoken word nights, flea markets, film festivals, artist exhibits, and much more. A visitor to this educational space is sure to find something interesting around every corner.
