On the premises of the Albuquerque Aquarium there is actually a huge 285,000 gallon tank filled with ocean water that includes beautiful sea life. Some of the creatures that you can see inside of this tank include nurse sharks, sandtiger sharks, sea turtles, eels, beautifully colored reef fish and so many more. You will even have different chances to learn through great hands-on experiences at different Discovery Stations along the way in the Aquarium. Be sure that you save aside a little bit of time so you can do a little bit of shopping in the gift shop as well before you leave.
The hours that you may stop by to visit the Albuquerque Aquarium are from 9:00AM until 5:00PM seven days of the week. There are regular closings on all of the national holidays as well as certain extended hours during different seasons. The cost of admission is only $7 for adults ages 13 through 64, $3 for senior citizens and children ages 3 through 12 with kids under the age of 3 getting in for free.
