The Miami Art Museum has been gracing its visitors with some of the most innovative and vibrant art collections for years. Funded both privately and publicly, the museum looks forward to providing this same wonderful gift of the arts to visitors for many years to come. When you visit the museum you are treated to a feast of cultural treats. The museum is conveniently located at 101 West Flagler Street where there is plenty of parking available for patrons. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, every third Thursday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 5:00 pm, with closings on Mondays and every major holiday. Admission is extremely affordable, with adults being $5, seniors being $2.50 and everyone else, meaning children under 12, students with proper ID, and members all getting in free of charge.
During your visit you may want to stop by the Miami Art Museum Store and Snack Bar. This is a great place to stop and take a break from your diligent viewing of the many exhibits in the galleries. You can snack on certain food items as well as purchase a cool, refreshing drink. There are also other items for sale such as some books and postcards.
