Explora Science Center and Children's Museum of Albuquerque
Watch your child's face light up with joy once they get a chance to see all of the exciting and interesting adventures that are waiting for them at the Explora Science Center and Children's Museum of Albuquerque. There is a huge amount of great exhibits, including all sorts of hands-on projects that are just right for all different age groups. Parents seem to have just as much fun as the children once they begin to discover all of the wonders at this great learning center.
While you are at the Explora Science Center, you can get involved in several different projects. Learn how to make things or even just learn how certain things work. There are sand tables, magnets, experiments in light and sound and so much more. See what it is like to build various items and also learn about cause and effect. There are unlimited wonders that can be explored by all different age groups at this one fabulous location.
You will find the Explora Science Center to be located on 1701 Mountain Road NW. The cost of admission is only $7 for adults ages 12 through 64, $5 for senior citizens age 65 and older, $3 for children ages 1 through 11, with children under the age of 1 getting in for free. The hours of operation for the Explora Science Center are from 10:00AM until 6:00PM Monday through Saturday and from 12:00PM until 6:00PM on Sunday. There are closings on all of the major national holidays.
