For a little fun for the entire family, the Four Mile Historic Park in Denver is the place to visit. The Four Mile Historic Park is located just four miles from downtown Denver. This is a 12 acre fantasyland which features pioneer exhibits, special events for all ages and Denver's oldest standing structure.

You can visit the museum, take guided ground tours as well as take in great family activities. Past events which are held annually are the Great Harvest Pumpkin Festival which takes place in October, an Old-Fashioned 4th of July Celebration as well as special holiday festivities at Christmas time.

You can choose from several facilities to suit your needs such as The Grove, a wonderful and secluded grassy space, which can host groups of up to 150 people. The Meadow is a natural area that is perfect for an outdoor wedding since it can host groups up to 500. If you make special arrangements, you can even book the entire park! You can have guided museum tours, horse-drawn rides, activities for children, historic craft demonstrations and much more.
