Funtown Pier Amusement Park has been part of the Seaside Heights family of fun for 77 years. Included in its vast array of adventures are rides, arcades, and daily entertainment. In fact, Funtown Pier Amusement Park probably offers the best assortment of kid-in-mind rides, such as the junior go cart raceway, the junior flume ride, the merry-go-round, mini bumper cars, Sponge Bob ride, balloon ferris wheel, bumper pirate ship, trampoline and Funtown Pier amusement Park's family coaster.
Brave thrill-seeking adults aren't forgotten at Funtown Amusement Park, however. There's the fright-fraught 225 foot tall Tower of Fear, the Free Fall, the Haunted Manor, the Arctic Circle Himalaya, and Starship 2000, among many others.
Funtown Pier amusement park is open on weekends spring and fall but seven days each week during the crazy days of summer, and offers a number of different ticket options. Specials include the all day (noon-7pm) $10.95 kiddie ride special, and the adult $14.95 special. On Tuesdays and Fridays Funtown Pier Amusement Park offers the 11-hour ride marathon. For only $25 you can ride anything you want from 1pm until 12 midnight.
You won't go hungry at Funtown Pier Amusement Park either. For only $1 each you can munch on hot dogs, super-sized soft pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy or other snacks. You can also whet your whistle with Italian ices and assorted drinks.
