The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center
Take the time so that you can learn a little bit about this history of the Pueblo people from Albuquerque. A stop at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center can be a wonderfully unique and enlightening experience to be had by all of the people in your family or your tour bus group. This great place can be found right on 2401 12th Street Northwest in the heart of the beautiful city of Albuquerque. Not only is this stop geared to teach people about the Pueblo people, it is also owned and taken care of by the nineteen Indian Pueblos in the local area of New Mexico.
During your visit, members of your family or your tour bus group will be able to learn and explore in the wonderful museum. Here you will find plenty of interesting displays that will tell you all about the history of the Pueblo Indians and how they have lived. You can look at all sorts of art and different crafts that are authentic to this region, as well as catch a glimpse of some unique artifacts in some of the exhibits. There is also the Pueblo House Children's Museum if you happen to have any younger people within your group. Some of the great activities known to this portion of the Center include hands on learning, crafts and even story telling.
