The McKinley Presidential Library and Museum
An amazingly interesting learning experience is waiting for you at the McKinley Presidential Library. There are so many great things for you to see and do all under one roof that you are sure to spend the entire day exploring. Be sure that you bring along a bit of spending money as well because the gift shop here is filled with wonderful souvenirs and gifts.
During your visit, you can head up to the second floor where you can experience the Museum Street of Shops. This is just like having an entire city indoors, filled with everything that will make you feel as though you are living back hundreds of years ago. Walk through the cabin of one of the early Ohio settlers, see a model of an train and visit a firehouse and much more.
Get your fill of all kinds of historical exhibitions and collections while you are at the McKinley Museum and Library. One of the collections for viewing will take you through the life and achievements of President William McKinley himself. This collection is loaded full of all kinds of books, photographs, personal items, furnishings, campaign memorabilia, souvenirs and so much more.
The hours that you can stop by for your very own visit at the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum are from 9:00AM until 5:00PM Monday through Saturday and from 12:00PM until 5:00PM on Sunday. The cost of admission is only $7 for adults, $6 for senior citizens and $5 for children with kids under the age of three getting in for free.
