If you like Country Music and you like it by a seaside setting, you're in luck because the Ocean Opry Show was created for you.
For the past 24 years, the Ocean Opry country music and comedy stage show has entertained millions of people with their family oriented comedy and big name Country and Western musical guests.
The theatre seats 1000 and is normally filled to capacity. It has undergone several renovations and up dates over the years. It was originally built and designed for seasonal use, however the owner's soon discovered that in order to be open year round they would need to cater to locals and area folks.
Soon word spread of this fantastic show and people started coming from everywhere to attend shows even in the cold of winter. The Raders then decided to begin booking in some of Nashville's biggest country music entertainers. The decision paid off and as a result the show is now in it's 24th year and still going strong and has become a major tourist attraction in Panama.
Many Country and Western legends have played the Ocean Opry such as: Marty Robbins, Randy Travis, Johnny Cash, Tommy Cash, Earnest Tubb, Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, Crystal Gale, Conway Twitty, the Oak Ridge Boys, the Osmond's, Shoji Tabuchi, Bill Anderson, Porter Wagoner, B.J. Thomas, Lee Greenwood and many, many, many more.
