Saloon No. 10 has been a major stop in Deadwood for all kinds of visitors for over 50 years now. This is the actual location where Wild Bill Hickok was shot back in 1876 during a poker game. The famous "Aces and Eights" that he happened to have been holding have gone down in history as the "Dead Man's Hand". You can even win yourself some cold hard cash, that is $250 if you draw the very same hand during your visit!
If you are feeling a bit on the hungry side when you visit, the second floor of Saloon No. 10 is a restaurant that is called the Deadwood Social Club. Your mouth will water just by looking at the tempting menu that is filled with all kinds of gourmet eats. Grab yourself a big juicy steak and the treat yourself to delicious dessert such as Butterbrickle drizzled with Caramel Sauce.
