The Owensboro Museum of Science and History
One of the definite must sees in Owensboro is the Owensboro Museum of Science and History. There are several different galleries and programs to enjoy. The first is the SpeedZeum, which is a gallery devoted to car racing and motor sports. There is also an exhibit known as the Encounter. Here you can enjoy exhibits such as the magnet bridge, an exhibit focusing on the Bernoulli Effect, a shadow room and a snake exhibit. There is also the Wendell H. Ford Government Education Center where you can learn about the government of both Kentucky and the United States. A charter bus will help you see it all.

The International Bluegrass Music Museum
Ready for a taste of Kentucky's music history? If so, you must visit the International Bluegrass Music Museum. The museum itself is located in the RiverPark Center. There are displays upon displays focusing costumes, posters and musical instruments. Annually, there is a River of Music Party known locally as ROMP. There are bands and music galore.

While you are at the International Bluegrass Music Museum, you can check out the Hall of Honor. The most recent inductees took place in 2004. These included Curly Seckler and Bill Vernon. Enjoy it all on a charter bus.
