There is no overall charge to enter the trail, but there is a small fee for parking your vehicle. There are two main ways to get to the Presidential Trail:. The first way is via highway 385 and then on to Highway 244, which will lead you directly to the Memorial, where the Presidential Trail is located. The other option is to take I-90 to Rapid City, take Highway 16 southwest over to Keystone and after that take Highway 244, which will lead you right to the memorial.
