Rio Grande Botanic Garden
It doesn't matter who you are, you will definitely enjoy a stop at the lovely Rio Grande Botanic Garden. This is an experience like none other when you visit stunning Albuquerque Biological Park. Here on the premises, you will find thousands of beautiful plants and flowers. No matter whether you are going to be visiting with your family or charter bus group, a great time can be had by all. It is quite an incredible experience to walk amongst the beauty here while being able to learn all about the many different species of plant life on display.
Known as a true desert oasis, the Rio Grande Botanic Garden is made up of an amazing 20 acres for your viewing pleasure. There is even a lovely glass conservatory where you will find all sorts of different exotic plants as well as native delights. You can even explore the lovely Butterfly Pavilion where you can check out literally hundreds of amazing butterflies and moths from North America. Perhaps during your visit there will even be a special event taking place where you can learn even more about the Botanic Garden as well as the plants inside.
The hours that you can stop by for a visit are from 9:00AM until 5:00PM seven days of the week. The price of admission is only $7 for adults ages 13 through 64, and $3 for senior citizens and children ages 3 through 12 with kids under 3 getting in for free.
