The Star Cars Museum is a Must See
With all of the great attractions in the Tennessee area, there is one that you are sure to remember for years to come. The Star Cars Museum is a fun place to visit that is just loaded full of all kinds of different cars that have appeared in many television shows and movies. A trip to this museum can be quite a bit of fun for your entire family.
If you are a fan of the movies, you are in luck because there are a bunch of famous cars from the movies on display at the museum. See Eleanor from Gone In Sixty Seconds, Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters, Flintmobile from The Flintstones, the 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse from The Fast And The Furious and more. There are several cars from television shows on display as well that you may recognize. For example, there is the squad car from Andy Griffith, the General Lee from Dukes Of Hazzard, and the Daytona Spyder from Miami Vice.
The Star Cars Museum is located at 914 Parkway, next to the Convention Center in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Cost of admission is $9.95 for adults, $5.95 for children ages 6 through 12, and free for children under the age of 6. The hours that they are open for your visit are from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm seven days of the week. You want to be sure and plan ahead so you can take your time looking through everything. The average tour at the Star Cars Museum takes about an hour or so.
