Visit Nashville Speedway
Nashville Superspeedway is a 1.33-mile concrete tri-oval track that is considered one of the newer venues in NASCAR racing as it just opened in 2001 and each year plays host to the Indy Racing League, NASCAR Craftsman Trucks and two NASCAR Busch Series races.
If you think NASCAR is nothing but a big left turn, think again. The NASCAR circuit is pure excitement. This speedway is fully lighted and capable of expanding to more than 150,000 seats, Nashville Superspeedway is poised for a possible future NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Race that is currently held in Dover each year.

Other cool items you can pick up at the gift shop include the Nashville Curl Cap, Camo Caps, and other gimme hats that will let you show where you've been. Custom Golf shirts are available emblazoned with the Nashville Speedway logos and other NASCAR licensed items are available for purchase in the gift shop.
It is okay to bring a cooler under 12"x8" into the grandstands and headsets, scanners, cameras and binoculars that are not in a bag are okay to bring into the stadium as well.Before your next visit to Nashville, check the schedule for the Speedway to make sure you will be able to attend at least one great NASCAR race.
