The Western North Carolina Nature Center

Some of the animals that you may be able to see during your visit include birds, small mammals, large mammals, predatory mammals, reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects and spiders. Get a good look at a beautiful golden eagle, sit back and watch a white tailed deer, or maybe even catch a quick glimpse of a flying squirrel. Bring along the whole family or stop by with your tour group. There is just no end to the amazement that awaits you at the Western North Carolina Nature Center in Asheville.
The hours that you may stop by for a visit to the Western North Carolina Nature Center are from 10:00AM until 5:00PM every single day of the week. The last people are admitted daily at 4:30PM. Admission is only $7 for adults, $6 for seniors aged 65 and older, $3 for children ages 3 through 15 and free for kids that are 2 and under.
