Plenty to do in St. Petersburg
There are numerous things to do in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Caribbean Carnival is held every year at Vinoy park, featuring crafts, food, Soca, Calypso, Reggae, and both local and national entertainment. There is also the Taste of Pinellas food and music festival which has music, areas for both young children and teens , ice sculpture contests, fireworks and a
waiter/waitress obstacle course.
There are also many places to visit, such as the New Dali Museum which highlights the work of artist Salvadore Dali. Visitors can watch a major league baseball game, go to one of 125 city parks, or the Boyd Hill Nature Park which is a 245 acre preserve. They can go to many different beaches.

The Sunken Gardens displays an exotic collection of more than 50,000 tropical plants, as well as a butterfly garden, a wedding lawn and a walk-through aviary with exotic birds.
Visitors can dance the night away at the Coliseum, which is one of America's largest dance floors. There are also more than 100 antique shops for avid collectors. St. Petersburg has an unlimited number of things to do.
