Cafe Hoy Como Ayer is located right in the heart of Little Havana and it encompasses all of the taste and heat of this area. Every night of the week, Hoy Como Ayer gives Cubans the sounds of hot Latin beats, the aroma of spicy Cuban style barbecues at tropical park, the block parties and noches buenas make up this cozy and elegant little club.
Enjoy some Cuban style tapas (appetizers) or a share a plate of tamales come with a side of plantains and a "Cuba Libre" is debated loudly among the locals.
The bar is fully loaded and comes with choices from fine Cuban Whiskey and Rums to Bacardi and Dewars. Champagnes and well drinks are available as well. If you get hungry order up a Tamal Platter with tamales made to order or if you're feeling like something light, there are ensaladas (salads) made with or without your favorite added flavors of beef or chicken.
If you want to dance, you are at the right spot. There is also a good beat playing at this club and on most nights the Spam Allstars regularly throw down a sweaty jam of funky turntable tunes and percussive Salsa beats that makes for a great night of dancing.
