Gold Strike Canyon Hot Springs
Any adventurer who is looking for a little bit of beauty amongst the hills surrounding Las Vegas should make their way over to the Gold Strike Canyon Hot Springs. The hike runs approximately 2 miles in length in order to get to the area where the hot springs can be found. Be prepared however, because you may actually find a number of large boulders along the way while you are hiking. Once you find the first set of hot springs, this may actually be a really amazing place to sit and enjoy a delicious picnic lunch if you wish. You will find that there is a nice hot creek that flows from the first set of hot springs that goes along the entire canyon and empties into the Colorado River.
