Pine Bluffs Tour Bus
Pine Bluffs is a wonderful place to explore with a tour bus group. There are only a handful of attractions in Pine Bluffs, but you and your group can have a great day exploring this charming city.
The Delta Rivers Nature Center is an absolute must see for nature buffs. Your tour bus group can experience the unique nature of the Arkansas Delta at the Center. The Delta is a land that is created by rivers and constantly changed by rivers. This constant change creates a unique variety of wildlife to inhabit the plains. There are katydids, cicadas, tree frogs and goatsuckers, skunks, rabbits, bats and dear. There are even bobcats, bears, mink, weasels, shrews, and alligators, as well as bass, paddlefish, gar, and sturgeon.
The people of the Delta are every bit as unique as the land and nature here. The waters of the Delta rivers are a relentless force in shaping the every day existence, providing bounty with hunting, farming and fishing, but at a moments notice, the water stands ready to reclaim it all in a violent flood. Here, your tour bus group can learn all they need to know about hunting, fishing, and conservation. First time tour bus groups are encouraged to take a general tour. Then, your tour bus group can plan to visit the trail, fish feeding, the exhibit hall, which will include two audio and visual presentations, as well as a lab. Your tour bus group will see live animals, the front wetland area, and the Delta Rivers Nature store. There are several programs on site, so your tour bus group should plan to spend a few hours here.
Next, your tour bus group can visit the Band Museum, which is located at 423 South Main Street. This is a beautifully refinished old building, very distinctive, and is now the only museum that is dedicated entirely to the history of band music and instruments. The museum was established by Jerry Horne, and displays rare, old and unusual instruments and memorabilia. After your tour bus group enjoys the unique exhibits in the museum, you can visit the Soda Fountain, where you can have an old-fashioned ice cream treat, or have lunch. This is Arkansas' oldest working soda fountain.
Pine Bluffs is sure to be a great adventure for your tour bus group.
