The New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science
Anyone who is really interested in the history of the city of Albuquerque and the land surrounding it just must make a trip to visit the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science. This stop is filled to the rafters will just about any kind of information that you could ask for when it comes to this incredible land and its rich history. While you are looking through some of the great exhibits you are bound to learn a ton about the American Southwest and the many creatures to roam and live on the land throughout the years.

There is a great area of the museum called Timetracks where you can learn all about how the land developed and what dinosaurs were believed to roam the area millions of years ago. There is a section on Jurassic Super Giants that will tell you all about some of the largest dinosaurs believed to live in the area called the Saurophaganax and the Seismosaurus.
