Rio Grande Nature Center State Park
Making your way throughout all of the cool things to see and do when you are in Albuquerque can be a wonderful experience. While you are in the area, you may want to take your family or your charter bus group to a great location known as the Rio Grande Nature Center State Park. This is a fabulous place to go where you can check out all sorts of amazing wildlife and gorgeous local vegetation. Perhaps you will want to learn more about the area or embark on your own exploration by hiking along some of the trails.
You and your family or charter bus group will find the Rio Grande Nature Center State Park located on 2901 Candelaria Road NW. Some of the cool animals that you can view while you are at this park include all sorts of ducks and other birds such as sandhill cranes and Canadian geese. You can also take advantage of different viewing areas along some of the trails that will explain many of the wildlife and plants that you are running into during your exploration. Depending on the time that you stop by, you may even be able to join in on different workshops and other activities that happen to be scheduled.
The hours that you can visit the Nature Center are from 10:00AM until 5:00PM every day of the week. This is an amazing 170 acres of land that can be explored where you can also learn about the many animals that live there. Be sure that you bring along a camera so you can capture some of these views to keep for a lifetime.
