During one bus tour holiday trip with co-workers to
Jersey City, I was caught by surprise with what was in the itinerary….a dinner gathering on one of Jersey City’s famous bus tour attractions…
Spirit of Jersey! Whether it’s lunch, dinner, group party or celebration, you’re guaranteed to have tons of fun here. Provided you visit this
Jersey City NJ bus tour attraction with a huge group. Well, you can probably make a bus tour stop for Spirit of Jersey as a couple but it won’t be much fun doing it alone, that much I can tell you. Anyway, if you don’t know what Spirit of New Jersey is, it’s a cruise ship. Yes, you’ll get to wine and dine on board. Talk about fantastic view….
One of the things I appreciated about the bus tour stop here is the food and the very lively atmosphere. Imagine, as we dine on the tour, we get to gaze out into the Manhattan city skyline. I thought it was an old battleship, run-down and unfit for sailing but that’s totally not true because after some major renovations, Spirit of New Jersey is an attraction in Jersey City that I completely appreciate…to the fullest!
Like the Boston Duck Tours, this is one of the fastest, best, scenic, and convenient ways to get an overview of Jersey City. The dinner was delicious while the entire bus tour attraction is fun, lively and full of entertainment. There’s music blarring through their sound system and there are many opportunities for everyone to stroll on the outdoor patio and decks. Spirit of Jersey ensures that the whole bus tour stop is unaffected by weather conditions, so, you can literally make a bus tour stop here anytime you want.
Well, a word of warning, though….the kids might get a little unnerved with the extended boat ride and those with sea sickness won’t enjoy the bus tour stop at this Jersey City attraction…sea sickness doesn’t go too well with eating on a boat. The atmosphere is fantastically noisy, loud and lively….or maybe it was the company I had but nevertheless, it’s like some sort of celebration at all times. Therefore, it’s not very romantic, so, if you want to propose, propose elsewhere.
So, if you’re interested in making a Jersey City bus tour holiday stop here, take the Jersey City tour bus to Port Imperial Ferry Terminal. Before that, I strongly urge you to call 201-333-8600 or 866-211-3805 to book your tickets. You can also book your tour with Jersey City’s Spirit of New Jersey online at
