Char's Has the Blues - Phoenix, Arizona

Chars has the Blues Phoenix ArizonaChar’s Has the Blues is one of the top places locals and holiday-goers make bus tour stops at whenever they are in Phoenix for cool Blues and R&B live performances. There’s a noticeable air of calm the moment you step into this bar – probably has a lot to do with the music they play at this Phoenix bus tour attraction. Char’s will give you a good time with their magical performances from budding Blues artistes and up-and-coming R&B entertainers. The experience will be an unpretentious one.

Char’s started out as a home until the location turned into a bustling downtown area, therefore, due to the commercialism, it was turned into a store, restaurant and then a Phoenix Blues Club. Accordingly, a Phoenix businessman turned the place into a Blues Club in Phoenix as a present for his wife…Charlene. Although the club has changed hands, the name remains as it has already established itself as one of the top bus tour stops in Phoenix.

There’s a nice mix of people from all walks of life here ranging from business men to young people who likes live performances. At times, the DJ will start spinning fast dance numbers and some of the patrons will bounce off their seats and onto the dance floor in a flash! If you make a bus tour stop here, you will soon find yourself toe-tapping without realizing it. They don’t serve meals here but the menu consists of munchies. There are many other activities you can enjoy apart from listening to music. There’s a pool table, a dance floor and darts board. Depending on the day that you decide to make a bus tour stop here, the cover charge is usually free but if there’s a live performance, there could be a $10 cover charge.

Char’s open every day from 7.30pm till 2am in the morning. There’s no specific dress code for this top Phoenix bus tour nightspot, but we reckon dressing in casual and stylish clothing might help you blend in a little bit more.

Charm’s Got the Blues is located at 4631 N 7th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013. For more information, give them a call by dialing 602-230-0205 or visit their website for packages, itinerary and performances at http://www.charshastheblues.com
