Aloha, I am travel blogger for US Coachways and my name is Lady Limelight. I am a thirty something female who has traveled, partied,
and hopped all over the world. I currently live in New York, which I absolutely adore. This
Blog is devoted to my travel ideas, stories, and inspirations.
I am an
information junkie and always on the lookout for cool new places to travel especially here in the U.S.
I like the idea of bus travel, its a great way to go. Throughout my stint here
I will be writing about my journeys on a bus, discussing your bus travels, and highlighting pretty cool and out there travel ideas that I research on a daily basis.
Yearning
for the crunchiness of real hand-rolled pasta without the extranomous
pricing? Love to hang out in a warm and a REAL Italian restaurant
atmosphere? Well, I have just the place for this – Pagliuca's
Restaurant Incorporated tucked into a neat little corner in North End.
I've heard about this place for the longest time but never found the
time to visit it. This Boston MA restaurant's name remains in my head
for all the time that I think of great food with fantastic pricing.

Once upon a time Sears Tower used to be the world's tallest building and it attracted tens of thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. Now, it stands tall against the test of time, its significance dwindled down to merely a historical site and ripped of its title as the tallest building in the world. However, is it any less beautiful? No! We got to see it again (the last time being when we were merely kids) when we got hold of a Chicago IL charter bus rental package and visited Chicago again last summer. One-hundred-and-ten stories high, it offers a glorious view of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan.

It says there in all the reviews that I read online that Fogo de Chao is awesome and the chef(s) is/are simply magic with his/their utensils, etc and you know what? I just had to go see it for myself. OK, if you are not big on dining out, here is a little bit of background on the restaurant. It is a Brazilian steakhouse which dated as far back as 1979 in Brazil. They are famed for their gaucho way of preparing the meat so that the meat remains juicy and full of flavor on the inside and the outside is a little dryer and crunchier (for some dishes). The meats are not roasted or grilled in the conventional way but they are more like burned over an open fire. The recipe and method was passed down from one generation after another and now, three centuries later, Fogo de Chao continues to fill tummies and tickle palates.

Who knew gators could jump, raise your hands. I sure did not. Not until I rented a bus from an Orlando FL charter bus company with a group of friends, that is. You see, we made a quick pit stop (which turned out to be a long stop in the end because we were simply having such an amazing time) at Orlando FL's Gatorland. Let me start off by saying that I only touch reptiles like snakes and stuff under intense duress. Other than that, dogs are for me. Anyway, was it fun in Gatorland? It was fantastic!
