Xochimilco Restaurant (Detroit MI)

As far as Mexican food is concerned, there aren't too many good ones you can find up north from Mexico and frankly, it's hard to find one that fits nicely into the pocket and the stomach at the same time. Xochimilco isn't a fine-dining restaurant and perhaps not a good idea for romancing couples nor is it a good option when you have many little kids with your during your Detroit MI charter bus rental visit, but it is a good place if you're looking for good food and drinks.

Once upon a time, Xochimilco was merely what many people call 'a hole in the wall' and it didn't quite command the kind of respect that it commands now. But after some major reworking and revamp, the place has been turned into a remarkably impressive place where Mexicantown is invigorated. I was not expecting too much from this Detroit MI charter bus rental diner so, I walked in with an open heart and mind. I remember heading there during peak hours and was handled by a rather hassled staff but other than that, I was more enraptured with the sheer number of people here. It's like the whole of Detroit MI was there. There was no lacking of dining space because they had plenty of space; still, that didn't explain the crowd.

One of the things that you can count on is dependability and quality when you head over to this Detroit MI charter bus rental diner. If you like the food here, you know to expect nothing but good food whenever you hop over. Not an easy thing to do, mind you.

I love the portion we got – huge, tasty, intricately designed masterpieces that they were! The Guacamole and Burritos were so huge it bordered on scary. That is why we thought the price was fairly reasonable considering the gargantuan plates and bowls the food was delivered in.

The only problem is that the place is a little too dark for my liking. I would have preferred somewhere brighter. I guess what this Detroit MI charter bus rental diner is a major revamp on the lighting front. The lighting wouldn't have bothered me much when we were having drinks – it's just that I prefer to 'see' what I am eating instead of guessing what it is whenever I place something into my mouth.

Maybe people who visit this Detroit MI charter bus rental diner stay on after dinner for drinks. They're open till right up to two in the morning. Like I was saying earlier about the place being dark, if you plan on staying on for drinks, the lighting wouldn't have made a difference.
