Planning a Charter Bus Rental in Baltimore, Maryland?

Travel to Baltimore is easy on a Charter Bus

Baltimore, Maryland has a lot to offer. From historical sights and museums to late night clubs and world class dining, Baltimore has a wealth of exciting things to see and do. Why not try a charter bus in Baltimore, Maryland for your next trip? You won’t be sorry to visit this great harbor city in relaxation and comfort.
Letting a professional driver guide you through busy Baltimore traffic is a dream come true for the harried commuter seeking a few days of rest. Baltimore is an ideal destination, with something for everyone. Perhaps one of the most famous landmarks in Baltimore, the waterfront, is a stimulating update of the city’s beginnings as a colonial seaport town. Packed with great restaurants and some world class shopping opportunities, the waterfront’s Inner Harbor has become a model that many other cities look to for designing downtown waterfront destinations. The harbor is packed with water taxi’s and power boats, and nearby restaurants feature abundant, tasty seafood.

While in Baltimore, a harbor cruise is a pleasant way to see the city and enjoy the fresh air. Several companies operate on or near the inner harbor, offering pleasant narrated cruises. The kids will demand a ride on a water taxi, and many serve the harbor as well. Also in the inner harbor is the USS Constellation, said to be the only remaining Civil War ship still afloat. The original Constellation was launched in Baltimore in 1797, and this ship was named for it. A self guided audio tour and interactive museum are part of this attraction.

Also on the waterfront is the National Aquarium. The aquarium is the most visited attraction in the state of Maryland, featuring more than 10,000 creatures and over 2 million gallons of water. A renowned dolphin show will be a highlight of your day, and the sharks are a must see, as is the spectacular Atlantic coral reef exhibit.

Another nearby landmark is Fort McHenry, the famed spot that is the subject of the “Star Spangled Banner”. Francis Scott Key penned the words to our national anthem while watching the British shell this fort. A heart wrenching display of patriotism awaits visitors who take the time to view the short film. Water taxi service and land access to the fort are available.

Baltimore is also home to the Ravens and Orioles. Home games are well attended in Baltimore, but an outing to one of these professional sporting events would be a nice addition to your tour. In addition to the Baltimore Museum of Art, the Baltimore Museum of Industry, the Walters Art Museum and the American Visionary Art Museum provide interesting diversions for museum lovers. Literary buffs won’t want to miss the Edgar Allen Poe house and museum. Poe wrote his first horror story, “Berenice” in this house’s garrett. True fans can visit Poe’s grave at the Westminster Hall and Burying Grounds nearby.

After traveling in your comfortable charter bus in Baltimore, Maryland, these attractions, great shopping and many dining choices will await you. Many nightspots and attractions offer discounts for charter bus groups, and some will even offer VIP treatment, letting you bypass lines. Your charter bus service can book rooms in Baltimore for you with a tour operators discount, and usually the tour operators know some of the best places to stay and eat.

Your trip to the Baltimore area will be hassle free and relaxing, while the driver deals with traffic and parking. Videos and DVD players are available on the buses for your entertainment while en route, and a group host can narrate the scenery outside your windows using the onboard public address system. Some of the bigger buses even have restrooms, so no worries about comfort. Your luggage and equipment is safely stowed underneath the bus, and you can depart right in front of your attraction.

Traveling by charter bus in Baltimore, Maryland is as comfortable and enjoyable as the city itself. Book your tour today!
