Going Naval In Connecticut

There's more to Connecticut than meets the eye. If a tourist or a Connecticut charter bus rental holiday-goer wants to see beyond the tourist traps, they'll have to dig a little deeper into history of Connecticut. The modern society has started to open up their doors to modernization and urbanization is definitely spreading, but at the core of Connecticut, the very reason why it's a very meaningful Connecticut charter bus rental visit is the navy history behind it. Mystic Seaport in Groton is one good example.
We know Groton isn't exactly the kind of name that would attract throngs of visitors every summer but it IS the hometown to the US Naval Submarine Base. The USS Nautilus is America's first nuclear-powered submarine.and it all started right here in Connecticut. Visiting this Connecticut charter bus rental attraction is completely free and they have a brilliant picnic area too. Some contend that it's a better place than Mystic Seaport.

The Submarine Force Museum is also next door, so, drop by for a quick visit to the American Turtle. There's also the U.S Coast Guard Academy which home to USCG Barque Eagle. This Connecticut charter bus rental destination, some tend to think, is more like a museum and chapel than an academy. Tremendous effort has been made to the beautiful grounds as parades and concerts are organized all year round.
