If you're hungry, hang around and have your dinner before drowning the night away. The mood is very relaxed and calming. Culture Room is a bigger option because throbbing lights sets the stage for big names in the live performance and recording industry. The atmosphere is charged, not the kind of calm serenity you would find in Shooters.
