Leland City Club (Detroit MI)

Touted to be one of the Detroit MI's most happening place, Leland City
Club truly is one of the most exciting places to be. It is surprising,
being this aged, the club continues to be visited by youngsters. Oh,
there was quite a fair number of middle-aged people and working adults
but since it features an incredibly good sound system that is capable
of pumping out sound of wide-ranging music, it remains to be Motor
City's most exciting night spot.
One of the biggest problems with going out at night is getting someone
to be the 'designated driver'...but we had none of that that night.
:-) We got our hands on this really cool, awesome, affordable Detroit
charter bus rental package and headed out without a care. If a night
out is what you are looking for, I strongly recommend renting a
charter bus or a party bus.

The music? Well, the DJ favors playing some alternatives, rock and
techno where you will find young bodies grooving their night away. The
crowd started piling in after about 10pm. We're no youngsters, so, we
were really glad for the low lighting which provided good cover for
our wrinkled faces compared to the young ones easily found on the
dance floor. Believe me, there are way more 18 year olds here than 30
year olds.

But we were not ones to complain. It was easy to slip into the mood.

If you can't find the place with the address, take a cue from the loud
music. It must be the loudest one on First Street.

The dance floor is fantastically large so, we did hit it after a
while. No one really cares how you dance or what you come in because
that's the beauty of going to a night spot with no dress code.

They serve a whole host of beer, liquor and wine of all sorts. We sort
of wished that they had a band, though, or a comedian or something but
I don't think it's something the crowd would go for. As mentioned,
it's a place for the young and adventurous...they prefer to boogie
their way into the wee hours of the morning.

I am not sure what time it closes because we left around thirty
minutes after one (when our bones started creaking and some of us
began yawning widely, to the chagrin of others who hid our yawns in
the toilet) but we are sure the bouncers and management will be
accommodating in the name of entertainment and fun.

Stay safe by renting a charter bus from a good Detroit charter bus
rental company for your night out, especially if it's a bachelor or
bachelorette party we are looking at.
