Fairytale Town (Sacramento CA)

Fret not, little ones, if Disneyland is not on the cards during your holiday vacation, because mommy's taking you to Mother Goose land!

It was exciting news, indeed, for the kids during our charter bus rental vacation to Sacramento CA last year because we took the squealing kids down to Fairytale Town. This Sacramento attraction is meant not only for the kids, even the grown-ups (blush, blush) can have a little fun, fantasy-making time here. Oh, come on! Wouldn't Captain Hook's pirate ship interest you in the least? We bet it would.
Anyway, not only do the family get to have a fun time going from one attraction to another, when the little feet are tired, sit down for a picnic. We loved the fact that we would bring along our picnic and sit down for a little bit of a rest (it IS tiring!) from all that running around. Trust me, the kids know no boundaries as far as screeching at the top of their lungs is concerned.

The other fun part about Fairytale land is that they got a little zoo into the park as well. Well, you don't get the endangered species and penguins here but the petting zoo is definitely open to the kids who want to experience coming nose-to-nose with farm animals like sheeps and donkeys. Hey, they had a lot of fun doing that and nary was there a word of complaint about not seeing dolphins.

And kids just couldn't resist the charm of a good ole slide, can they? Up and down they went, endlessly and tirelessly. While the kids were up to antics, the grown-ups will get the chance to sit down on many of the benches. Don't you just love the fact that the officials and management are kind of creaking knees of the grown-ups, unlike some other places we've been to.

There was also corner in Fairytale Land that allowed face-painting – thankfully, it wasn't raining. Every five to ten year old kid would want to have their faces painted. I guess the most fantastic thing about our charter bus visit to Fairytale Land is the atmosphere. The price isn't like the ones in most theme parks so it was definitely worth it.

Only after the trip did we find out that Fairytale Land in Sacramento is actually a non-profit place! For a non-profit tourist attraction in Sacramento, the service was incredibly good and the place immaculately well-kept.

Ready to bring the kids out and let the energy out of the system. Get started organizing your Sacramento CA charter bus rental vacation with the kids right now by giving us a call.
