Kid-friendly Detroit Zoo Worth Your Time

Some contend that it is one of the best attractions there is in Detroit while others think that the Detroit Zoo is…just like any other zoos that they have been to. The perspective and how you view this beautiful and well-organized Detroit charter bus rental attraction depends on what you are expecting from it. During the summer, many of the animals are sleepy and inactive when you visit them. In the meantime, they are all out and about during spring and autumn.

One of our customers who took her daughter there during spring enjoyed a very exclusive and educational dinosaur exhibit. The exhibit isn’t there all the time but she took the cue from a notification on the zoo’s website. The polar bears are surprisingly friendly too. As you take a walk under the tunnel where the bears are housed, they will gaze at you in wonderment, as if interested to get to know you better. Suffice to say, the Detroit Zoo is great for young kids, and not so great for teenagers who may think of it as childish. It all depends on your child’s inclination.

The zoo, in our opinion, is larger than many other zoos found in other states and cities, and is well worth a visit. If you are a school or charitable organization, you might want to check out some of our unbelievable Detroit charter bus rental deals that we dish out on a regular basis by joining our online social networking accounts. It pays to stay connected and have fun if you are heading over to the Detroit Zoo.
