Fresca (San Francisco California)

Peruvian food, anyone? Bored with all the hamburgers you’ve been wolfing down during your San Francisco bus tour holiday trip? Well, here’s an idea….why not go a little exotic and head on over to Fresca, which is one of San Francisco’s best bus tour dining destinations. It’s right on my top 10 list of best restaurants in the country. Even if you’re not a fan of Peruvian food, you’ll find something to eat there, don’t worry. Actually, come to think of it, there are no other Peruvian restaurants in San Francisco that comes close, so, if you’re ever in San Francisco for a bus tour holiday, be sure to make a stop here!

There aren’t many complaints about this wonderful San Francisco restaurant except for two. One, it would be great if they had more space or opened up outside. And two, the pricing is a little on the high side. But if you don’t mind spending a little bit of money on absolutely mouth-watering Peruvian cuisine…then this bus tour stop is a MUST.

What’s really lovely about this San Francisco restaurant is the environment. Although lacking in space, I love their wooden tables and flooring concept – it makes the dining experience so….unique! And of course, you’ll get to watch the action behind the camera…er…KITCHEN with their open-door kitchen concept. And you’re really missing out if you’ve never tried Latin beers! Something that will truly open up your eyes wide. A nice mug to down the delicious food is going to complete your night. If you decide to make a bus tour stop here, don’t forget to try out their Ceviche which is nothing short of divine while their Pescado a lo Macho is another to-die-for dish! During your San Francisco bus tour stop at Fresca, try, also, the papa rellena and the lenguado con risotto. Sounds alien to you? Don’t worry, if you’re not familiar with the food names, just ask the pleasant waiters there.

For a totally mind-blowing meal, head on over to Fresca of San Francisco and your bus tour holiday trip is a guaranteed surprise. Fresca is at 2114 Fillmore St, San Francisco, CA 94115-2224. For details, call +1 415 447 2668 and they’re open 11am till 10pm from Mondays through to Saturday. On Sundays, Fresca open for business from 11am till 9pm.
