Pequod’s Pizza (Chicago Illinois)

When you talk about pizza during a bus tour visit to Chicago Illinois, the first place that comes to mind is the crusty caramelized pizza from Pequoad’s Pizza! Tell you what….you ain’t tasted real pizza until you get your hands on Chicago Illinois’ most famous pizza joint! I mean, this is like an ‘ancient’ establishment and ever since they started, they’ve been serving nothing but fanta-bulous pizza to bus tour holiday-goers like me and you. this, indeed, is one of Chicago’s hidden treasures. But there are a couple of things that I have to tell you about Chicago’s Pequod’s Pizza.
Number one, don’t be fooled by the way this Chicago bus tour dining destination is designed – it’s INTENTIONALLY designed to look like a bathroom stall. LOL. No, that’s not what I meant to say but seriously, the graffiti-covered walls is really unique but there’s nowhere else in Chicago you can get this type of pizza. If you make a bus tour stop at this Chicago pizza place on Mondays, you can get pitchers of beer for $4 each! There are pool tables inside, so, you can eat your pizza, enjoy your beer and hit up a storm at the pool table. Talk about unique, right?

But the talk of the town is their pizza crust. Never tasted caramelized pizza crust like theirs! Move aside all the other fastfood pizza places; another winner is their sausages! Just make sure you’re hungry because their toppings is, to me, a whole meal in itself. Thick sauce, delicious crusty pizza, cheap beer, great entertainment, unbelievably delicious pie won the folks over at Chicago Tribune and named Pequod’s Pizza a name as one of the best pizza restaurants in Chicago Illinois! If you’re not the pub-crawling kind, hop on upstairs for a quieter and family-orientated environment.

For an out of this world experience just chomping down pizza, head on over to Chicago’s Pequod’s Pizza at 2207, North Clybourn Avenue, Chicago IL 60614-3011. For details, call +1 773 327 1512. Pequod’s Pizza open 11am till 2am from Monday to Friday; 12pm till 2am on Saaturdays; and 12pm till midnight on Sundays.
