With deadlines and an election approaching, we were trying to decide how to make a "splash." We decided to wrap buses with our logo. We contacted US Coachways for this. Within 2 weeks we had 2 of our 6 buses on the road and by the end of 3 weeks we had all 6 driving around California from sun up to sun down.

US Coachways helped the Ketchum Public Relations team execute a successful safe-rides program in Park City, Utah at the Sundance Film Festival. With three chartered coaches complete with Absolut branded wraps, the bus program was implemented exactly the way in which Ketchum envisioned. US Coachways was accommodating to our very demanding needs of an eight-stop route throughout the Park city area, and even had two on-site dispatchers attend in addition to the three drivers. This helped ensure that our program ran smoothly and in conjunction with all regulations set forth by the city and state.

Our trip was a great success and the transportation was a big part of it. Our driver was prompt, extremely courteous and had obviously prepared for our trip in advance. Last year we rented from a different bus company and the driver had not prepared for our trip, we had to provide him with directions the morning of the trip.
Our bus was very clean and well air conditioned, which was very welcoming after a hot day in the sun.
Thanks for handling our group on such short notice and please thank our driver for his wonderful service.
