Compile the information that they have provided you (i.e. prices, types of buses or limousines, driver, qualification, experience, etc) and then sit down and compare them. Which special event transportation company did you feel most comfortable dealing with? Were they efficient in answering your queries? How many years have they been in business? Have a quick look at their clientele list, are you happy with it? What type of vehicles do they have?
