To fill in the lull of summer ending, resort areas look for guests. You can still enjoy the warm weather without having to compete with other vacationers. Also you’ll find that enjoyable spots, such as hotels, restaurants, beaches and trails are less crowded. You’ll have access to the same amenities, but at lower prices.

Vacation Rentals in September
September is a perfect time for vacation rentals. According to the Washington Post1, there is a yearly pattern where vacation rental costs drop dramatically in September. In fact they drop to the tune of double-digit percentages. When people start renting vacation homes for summertime, you’ll see prices spike about 75 percent. However, in September, if you plan to visit San Diego, Myrtle Beach or Chicago, you can save an average of $93 a night.
When you’re booking a vacation rental, you should book farther in advance than you do for other types of travel lodging — about 12 weeks ahead of times. Pay attention to your window of opportunity because once places are booked up, good deals will disappear.

Plan Your September Getaway Weekend or Vacation
If you’re traveling with a group of family or friends for a September vacation or getaway weekend, chartering a bus is the perfect travel solution. You don’t have to deal with freeway traffic, congested city streets or parking hassles. You can avoid all the inconveniences associated with driving when you charter a bus. Here are more reasons to consider a bus charter:
Travel affordably. If you’re looking to save money, you’ve found a solution. Everyone in your group can split the costs and make the trip more affordable.
Travel safely. Many getaways enjoy festivity and having a few beers or glasses of wine can be a drawback for the individuals who are driving. Forget about designating a driver or drivers for your group and charter a bus instead. Aside from not needing a designated driver, charter buses are the safest form of ground transportation in the nation.
Travel comfortably. You’ll have plenty of legroom, and if your bus is large, it comes with a restroom. Restrooms can come in handy when traveling with kids or seniors.
